Signos is an all-in-one health tool that provides members with access to its app and a continuous glucose monitor (CGM). The CGM sends your glucose data via bluetooth to the Signos app, where you can see a continuous graph of your glucose, log what you eat and drink, track your weight, and get access to expert-created activities that teach you how little micro changes each day can have you living—and loving—a glucose-stable lifestyle. Sync Apple Health or Google Health Connect to Signos, or connect your smart watch and/or smart scale for easier tracking of your health metrics.

Your individual glucose response combined with the meals and workouts you log provide the real-time data for Signos to recommend the foods that help keep your glucose stable. When you eat or drink something that spikes your glucose, Signos's AI can recommend exercise and effort level based on your workout logs so you can bring your glucose back down more quickly. When your glucose levels remain mostly stable, in time, you’ll reap the benefits of more energy, improved mental clarity, better metabolic health, less risk of chronic diseases, and healthy weight management.

Yes, continuous glucose monitoring can help with weight loss when used to inform positive, long-lasting behavior changes. One study published in Clinical Diabetes found that 87% of CGM users modified their food choices based on the glucose data collected from the CGM. What’s more, 47% of CGM users said they were more likely to go for a walk or complete physical activity if they saw a rise in their blood sugar. Overall, 90% of participants felt that CGM use contributed to a healthier lifestyle.
One study of 1,002 people found that glucose spikes and dips can relate to eating again sooner—and eating more calories at that meal and throughout the rest of the day.
CGMs provide continuous glucose data so users can react accordingly and so they can be proactive about choices based on their current glucose level.
Your glucose levels can be used as a tool for something called “appetite training,” or recognizing hunger signals. If your glucose is high—how high depends on the individual—this might be a cue that you have extra energy to burn. Maybe you still have energy from your most recent meal or long-term fat stores, and you could delay eating a snack or meal.
Many people get hungry for reasons other than the need for energy—for example, social cues or boredom. But if you’re tracking your glucose via a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and using the Signos app, you can check your glucose before you plan to eat to see if your glucose level is high.
If your glucose is high (learn what “high” means and see normal glucose ranges for non-diabetics), you may have extra energy to burn so going for a brisk walk or doing 10 minutes of push-ups or kettlebell swings could be an ideal way to lower your blood sugar and possibly decrease appetite. Self-monitoring of glucose (via continuous glucose monitor or standard fingerstick glucose meters) can be an effective tool for weight and fat loss, particularly when paired with expert guidance that helps you understand which behaviors help you stabilize your glucose.

Signos is not intended to prevent, mitigate, treat, or cure diabetes. We do, however, offer a separate program that pairs CGM technology and the Signos app to assist people living with type 2 diabetes in weight control and living well with diabetes. The difference between these two programs are so minor, you'd likely not even notice. Tracking glucose and recognizing trends over time can help people make data-driven choices that support healthier living and can lead to sustainable lifestyle changes.

Kits include adhesive patches that are typically applied on top of the sensor to keep it in place. Patches are latex-free and made of a medical grade, hypoallergenic, acrylicsure polymer. In the rare case (<1%) you are allergic to the sensor adhesive, you can apply the patch first and then the sensor on top of it. Some members with sensitive skin have seen success when applying Flonase to the application area before placing the CGM sensor.
At this time, Signos does not offer any prescription medications or medical supplements.
This depends on your provider. Different providers have different coverage, so we encourage you to check with your HSA/FSA provider first to determine if you can use your funds for the CGM and Signos program. If they accept CGMs in your plan, you can utilize the prescription details found in your shipment to submit to your provider for proof of purchase.
Signos is not responsible for reimbursement in any capacity. Cancellation policies and terms and conditions outlined here still apply, even in the instance that your provider does not approve coverage or reimbursement for this program.
Signos does not currently allow for a bring-your-own CGM plan, and we’re unable to offer a software only subscription at this time. All plans come with the Dexcom G7 included. The app will not work with any other type of sensor.
Signos is currently available in the United States and available to ship to all 50 states. We’re currently unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. Though services exist to forward packages outside of the United States, your app store would need to be set to the United States to download and use the app, so Signos does not recommend those forwarding services.
Signos offers the following plans:
You are committing to a recurring subscription. If you choose to terminate your 3- or 6-month commitment before the term is fulfilled, you may be subject to a fee up to $199.
All pricing includes access to the Signos app, three (3) continuous glucose monitors per month for the duration of your subscription, and a free digital telehealth assessment for participation in the program and a prescription for the CGM.

A continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is a tiny wearable device that reads the glucose levels in your interstitial fluids continuously. It is attached to your body (usually the upper arm or on the stomach) and monitors glucose levels via a microfilament. Not to worry, it’s not uncomfortable to put on and you barely notice it’s there once applied.
For more information on CGMs and how they work, see How Does a Continuous Glucose Monitor Work.
The patch can be applied like a band-aid. You'll remove the adhesive cover, then place the patch with the central non-adhesive part over the CGM.
There's no need to scan the CGM with your phone, as the device transmits data continuously—every 5 minutes—to your phone. To make sure your phone is capturing the readings, you just need to enable bluetooth, and make sure your phone is within 20 feet of you.
You can take showers, exercise, and even swim with your sensor. The sensor is designed to be able to work in up to 8 feet of water and at altitudes of up to 13,800 feet. You can also use it in a hot tub as long as the temperature does not exceed 107.6°F. Live somewhere tropical? No worries, the sensor can function in up to 95% humidity.
The CGM device is minimally invasive. Each device has a filament the size of a kitten's whisker that sits just below the skin. Every 10 days, you'll remove the old sensor (it's like peeling off a band-aid) and place a new sensor.
Yes, if a patch and/or sensor fails, you can request a replacement by contacting support@signos.com. Please note: If you’re experiencing device issues, contact customer success prior to removing a sensor, and they will be happy to help you troubleshoot. Subscriptions do not include free replacements for devices incorrectly utilized or removed prematurely.
Each sensor is designed to last for 10 days. You will be prompted by the Signos app to swap out the sensor to a new one after the 10 days are complete.
It is uncommon, but if you feel pain or discomfort, try changing the placement of your next sensor to another part of your body. We recommend not using the same location twice consecutively, but changing the location with every new sensor. If pain or discomfort occurs and you take your sensor off early, please contact support@signos.com. You can stay on track by putting on one of the sensors in your package vs. waiting for the arrival of the replacement.

You can sign up now or complete the short quiz to see if you're a good candidate and then sign up. Once you've joined, you'll be prompted to complete a questionnaire for a medical consultation. An independent physician will review the answers to your questionnaire and you'll receive an email once approved. In the rare instance you are not approved to move forward, you'll also be notified via email and your order (and any associated charges) will be refunded. Once a prescription is approved, your order for CGMs will be processed by a pharmacy partner. There's no need to select your own pharmacy; a box will come straight to your doorstep. Order processing and shipping usually takes 7-10 days.
Prescriptions are a necessary part of the process, but rest assured, an independent physician will handle the prescription for you so you won't need to arrange for a doctor visit. It is included in the cost of membership.
Based on your responses to a detailed medical questionnaire, an independent physician will review your history to determine if you are cleared to use the Signos platform. If approved, your prescription will be automatically sent to a pharmacy partner, and the kit will be shipped to the mailing address you provide. You’ll receive an email once your kit has shipped, including tracking information.
If your goal is weight loss, healthy weight loss is usually in the range of 1–2 pounds a week. Choose the plan duration based on how much weight you want to lose. For example, if you want to lose 25 pounds, steady and sustainable weight loss should be achievable with the 6-month plan. When you subscribe to Signos, you’ll get access to the weight loss program for the duration of your subscription.
A Signos subscription includes access to a weight loss program via the Signos app, the cost of the continuous glucose monitors (3 a month), and a medical consultation for physician approval for the CGM. The Signos kit has your sensors, performance covers, alcohol wipes, and a welcome booklet with information on downloading the app and applying your first sensor. The weight loss program includes a host of activities, recommendations, and prompts to help you pick the best foods for you, learn the most beneficial times to exercise, get in tune with your hunger signals, learn how to manage stress, and more.
Since the CGM sensor is an FDA regulated class III medical device, it should be used only by the person for whom the prescription has been prepared. Your CGM and corresponding subscription cannot be transferred to anyone else.
